Protected Trust Services (PTS) is a UK-based financial protection service for travel businesses, ensuring client funds are safeguarded in an independent trust account. This protection ensures that customer money is secure and used solely for the intended travel services.
This means that when you are paying for your holiday, your funds are held in an independent trust and not by us , the agent.
